We have different types of media sources. But they can be broadly classified into visual and audio technologies.
Visual technologies are basically the sources like photography, use of printing and television, movies etc which mainly deals with visual representation. Visual technology sources are much more in vogue nowdays because of the fact that the user or consumer is able to relate better if he/she can view the end product.
Whereas Audio technology sources include radio, recordings, mobile phones etc which have their use through sound. Its mainly used to listen to music and other recordings. It has its uses at the workplace during presentations etc where there are so many tools like microphones which have developed to aid the presenter and help him reah more people.
